Il prodotto è perfetto, nuovo e con custodia originale, peccato non poter dire lo stesso della consegna che è stata un incubo. Infatti il pacco è arrivato ma vuoto. Dopo aver chiamato il servizio clienti è stato ancora peggio. Per fortuna che alla fine sono riuscito ad avere una nuova una nuova spedizione, questa volta con gli occhiali dentro. Tanto spavento per nulla dato che inizialmente Amazon non voleva neanche farmi il rimborso, alla fine sono riuscito ad avere gli occhiali.

Capisco che sono fuori dai tempi di restituzione, ma sono stato fuori città e non ho potuto misurale l’occhiale che è in effetti troppo largo, vi chiedo quindi la possibilità di avere una eccezione e, naturalmente,poterlo sostituire con lo stesso modello più stretto.
