MAPLE SMOKING CHUNKS Our Maple Chunks have a light essence with sweetish notes that goes well with pork, poultry, and cheese. Our food grade Maple Smoking Chunks are made from only 100% natural wood, produced on the European continent from sectioned forests where the tree grows naturally without the use of pesticides. The packaging has a volume of 4 litres, which consists of approximately 1.5 kg.
For use on charcoal barbecues, place one or more chunks directly on the lit coal.
